JGNAHS publishes its articles under a Creative Commons Attribution Non-Commercial Share-Alike license (CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0). This allows for the non-commercial reuse of the published paper so long as the published paper is fully attributed. Commercial re-use can only be undertaken with the permission of the publisher.
Authors who submit papers to JGNAHS under a CC-BY-NC-SA 4.0 license do so under the Open Access facility and pay to have their paper freely available online. Authors will be asked to sign an Open Access license agreement prior to publication.
JFINPH not ask submitter that copyright to be transferred. However, we require sufficient rights to distribute submitted articles in perpetuity. In order to submit an article to JGNAHS, the submitter must either:
- Grant JGNAHS a non-exclusive and irrevocable license to distribute the article, and certify that the submitter has the right to grant this license;
- Certify that the work is available under following Creative Commons licenses and that the submitter has the right to assign this license:
